KWANELE!ENUF IS ENUF!

Yesterday we saw yet another phenomenal event taking place at Vaal University of Technology. There was an event that was hosted by an organisation against gender based violence and abuse. And since most of the abuse occurs to women they saw it fit to host it during women’s month.

Andy Kawa who is the CEO and founder of Kwanele decide to start the campaign after she was gang raped in 2010.That was when she decide to say no to rape, no to silence and no to abuse.This is a campaign which will be running through out all of the universities in South Africa. By so doing they are trying to create awareness in young people so as to have responsible adults in the near future.

Among some of the  delegates that were there we had a chance to speak to Andy Kawa-CEO and founder of Kwanele, Mr George Mvalo-Justice and transformation at VUT, Mr Verlande-Investigations officer at VUT, Miss VUT FM 2014 and the VUT FM crew.

The whole country need s to be part of and also learn to say  KWANELE! ENUF IS ENUF!
